Scanners help you detect Aliens in your radius who are extra good at hiding. There are Scanners that work by Rarity, Type, and Rarity-and-Type.

Get Scanners from the Shop. Then deploy them from your Scanner Inventory. (That's the icon with the MIB briefcase in the lower-right on the screen.)

For a limited time, the deployed Scanner will detect a new Alien every 2 minutes. And each Alien detected by a Scanner will only stay there for 2 minutes before it goes into hiding again!

Visit the Shop every day for a free Scanner. You may also purchase them with your Gems.
